Successful aeronautical events rely on careful preparation, experienced supervision of implementation and compliance with relevant national and local regulations.

• Initial Planning including application for permits from aviation and other authorities, notifying emergency and official services, establishing on-site liaison.
• Organisation of the Programme by booking display acts, confirming timings, securing aircraft and pilot documentation, briefing emergency services, agreeing publicity, arranging commentators and other key support staff. 
• Managing the event by providing control and co-ordination as required by the aviation authorities, briefing participants, controlling programme timings and ensuring safety compliance.
